When I bought this, I was happy with the design and it worked well on walks with my dog. He never pulled all the time, but it was a comfort when he reacted to certain dogs. However, I was shocked when I noticed that the harness had frayed so much that it was on the verge of falling apart. I contacted Wonder Walker, with a photo of the harness. The company emailed and asked me to call to discuss this. Despite my explanation, the owner insisted that my dog had chewed through it. I had never left my dog alone with the harness. I always hang it after our walk in a place the dog cannot reach. The owner insisted that I was lying. That alone was an affront -- and untrue. I told him that the plastic clips are too sharp, and likely how this happened. He refused to replace the harness. He offered to repair it but said I'd have to pay for the shipment from Canada where I live. There are tariffs now in place between the US and Canada, which I knew would also be an added cost to me. Given that my 14 lb dog had used this harness for just 4 weeks and had never had access to the harness, it should have been replaced at the manufacturer's cost. Further, his unwillingness to consider a defect in the product, and his insistence that my dog had chewed it were showed a lack of integrity on his part. My dog has never chewed on anything in my home except the toys I have provided for him and is in a crate when I am not home. I paid a lot of money for this harness, and it failed in weeks.

Lodi outgrew her medium harness, so I ordered a large. So far her wrestling buddies have not chewed the straps. I really appreciated being able to return the earlier ones for repair.

This harness fits well and it's not bulky or hard to put on my 70 lb doodle. From her first walk with it, she stopped pulling and walked with a loose leash! im glad it's protecting her trachea and making her walks more relaxing for both of us.
