We had a size XS Wonder Walker for our dog but it is pretty tight on him even with all of the extensions used. We ordered the next size, which is Small), and it is way to big for him and we are unable to get it adjusted smaller to work for him. Seems like the difference between the two sizes shouldn't be so great.
