The item we received was not the size we expected
The item we received was not the size we expected. We have a medium so we ordered the same size and the new one much larger and will not fit the dog. Since it was custom it is not returnable. Unhappy with size consistency
The only difference is it is 1' webbing and not 3/4'. The sizing is the same and shout fit your pup without a problem. Please reach out and let us try to help sort this out. Your more than welcome to come to our shop and we can help fit it properly.
