I needed a harness to fit a 4lb poodle, but the Toy size was too big. Instead of charging me extra to have one special made, the customer service let me know they make a Tiny size, upon request! Thank you!!!!

My harness came with a production defect it had a Twist in it and I called the company and I took a picture and they immediately sent me a brand new one excellent customer service great return time only took a couple days and I had the one with no problems at my house. Highly recommend great company to work with.

Excellent. Im so happy i bought it. I used a gentle leader previously. My dog didn’t really like it. He loves this harness.

Works like a charm! We don’t use our pronged collar any longer for our large dog drawn to unsuspected pounces after squirrels and rabbits ! But also, he pulls way less at beginning of walks.
