The Training Line is a positive tool to help teach off leash behavior and reliable recall.
We offer a training line that can be used with small dogs without weighting them down with a large snap.
Use caution if your dog is a chewer. This lightweight line is easily chewed in half.
Made of lightweight polypropylene webbing that even when wet and will not rot and break. Includes a brass snap.
I had a training line that I bought but never used. It was a line for a regular dog with about an inch wide (maybe 3/4") and with a normal sized clip. I asked for a thinner lead and I specified that my dog is only 7.8 pounds and asked if they could put a very small clip on the lead.The response from the company was that they would find the smallest clip that would work on that lead. And they did just that -- I love my training lead!!
This is a really handy training tool. We used it recently to work with one of our dogs who is quick to "wander" when off leash. This really helped us reinforce the "come" command. Thanks!
We love the weight and material of the leash, but a default we discovered after only a week's use of it is the hook jammed open and our puppy bolted away.
Thankfully, we were able to get her back.
